***16:49--17:47 Why has river dropped so much .. Here in mid july irrigation demands have increased. Over the course of the last few days the farmers of the San Luis valley have been increasing their irrigation withdrawals, sprinkling crops and since Monday river has dropped about 900c ft per second.
