Feeding and perching on posts and signs in median near the new cottages. Gray/brown upper body, nape and crown; light tan or buff on neck and lower body; white under the tail; white eyebrow. Observed through scope and binoculars for extended time. Seen by many. Apologize for the so-so photo, but did not want to get to close.
