NOTES: "Two birds were present. The one I was recording was vocalizing low in canopy of juniper tree in numerous locations..." [Although I cannot be absolutely certain, I believe these songs were given by Baeolophus inornatus NOT B. ridgwayi (Carla Cicero agreed). There are effectively two song-types represented here, with the switch in types at 4:55. I am not sure if the vocalization at 7:17 represents a single example of a third song-type or is a song-like call not described in BNA account. There is also a single example of a soft, lisping, "sip" note at 10:17. Much of this has Aphelocoma californica in the background. Quality changed from 1-2 to 2-3, 1-2 (BEST part is at end at 8:35-9:50) - CAM - 16 November 2004] ML: Subject changed from Baeolophus to Baeolophus inornatus/ridgwayi. -Matt Medler, 28 June 2015.
