観察結果の詳細

Great views of 6 birds, first seen as distant pair at the edge of the Manganui O Te Ao river. Then accessed the river further downstream and found 4 birds, assuming a pair with 2 young. 1 birds was banded red and white loafing on rocks, very easy to approach. Nice photos but goofy light. Watched for 20 minutes as they swam upstream.
