When you get to the bench past the boardwalk (not picnic table) head in the woods behind it towards the stream. Bird was very fast, 25-30 ft up, gnatcatcher like size. Down curved distinct bill. Id photos. I am lucky to have got a crappy picture. Could not relocate for better ones. Thanks to the people up here who continued to report it! I followed the black and white warbler until I found the creeper.
