I cannot believe this! So exited to see this duck while scoping from my porch! Smaller than the Goldeneye nearby with smaller head and facial markings. Male with classic white facial lines and small white dot behind the eye. Seen in front of the rock “jetty” here : (41.7271165, -83.4603171). Best viewed from the public neighborhood break wall here: 3632 145th St, Toledo, OH 43611. Street parking only in Carland beach neighhood. Scope pic for now: Will try for better pics later.
