Yey! Haven't seen one of these in Utah for a few years. Thanks to Holden Green for allowing us to look from his back fence line toward the stakeout pines growing in his neighbor's yard and for keeping us company with good conversation (all the while surrounded by wonderfully eccentric chickens of the Silky variety -- worth a Google). The warbler has been seen in several trees, but we saw it in the pines NW of 100 S 400 E, which it seems to enjoy and frequent. Great find by Holden on the 9th (and several times since). FOY. - Will eventually attach some "diagnostic" photos we took, showing the black & white body streaking and crown stripes.
