Flushed from a ways away before we saw it; seemed skittish. Originally just north of the first major fork in the trail after the "airfield" by where the shed used to be. Flew west to the first line of trees and stopped briefly, but quite distant for a photo. Good views in flight and decent views while briefly perched.
