Found during Kitty Hawk CBC. Very brief view of a mostly yellow bird with orange beak, dark wings, and white wingbar. I’ve added the one very blurry photo I managed to capture of the field marks. The bird was relocated later in the day by Chris and Jesse Haaf, who managed to get much better pictures (https://ebird.org/checklist/S289383141)
