Mega found by Roy Gardner yesterday while playing golf then refound by Jay Rand in the evening. Showed up this morning, magically appearing on one of the fence posts soon after the sun lit up the ground. Spectacular bird with long wings resembling a delicate falcon in flight. Barring on the underwing coverts, gray tones to the body.
