First flew over my car at the south end of Devil’s Slide. I pulled a quick U-ie and found it flying further inland along the ridge east of the ag fields by Ocean View Farms. Medium sized buteo with long, slender wings, lacking dark patagial marks and with dark “comma” at wrist. Bad photos uploaded :)
