Soaring! Flew past a Red-tailed Hawk (perched on a transformer) - not close enough for an interaction, simply a flyby. Continued to soar over the area for several minutes. I've seen Harriers fly low over fields, or fly relatively low in general, but never soar high like this one! Heavily cropped photos were taken at 700mm.
