First spotted by Mike Todd. Adult bird with solid black underwing and white trailing edge to wing. It was flying back and forth and actively feeding with BOGUs, sometimes going all the way into the cove to the right over by the mountain bike trailhead and out of sight. Still present when we left at noon.
