Continuing since 12/6/25 (Max Epstein) . Mob’s. Foraging on the grass along the side of the road between the upper parking lot and light house . Saw a few in AZ but first for me for NY! Pinkish/grayish bill, Light white eyeing, scaly/speckled back, pale fringed remiges, fine head streaking and flanks. Did not hear it vocalize. Photos.
