i think. part of a huge mixed feeding flock comprising mostly brewers/red winged/pigeons/crows. wish i got better pics, did not notice in field but the band looks so white (and the bill looks pretty long/thin to me). the flock was in the giant field just south of the entrance kiosk (i.e. 37.55493729346089, -122.07160693253074 ish)
