Dettagli dell'osservazione
Both have scapulars with slightly wider and more contrasting pale edges than Greenland. Both have white border on flank feathers wider than Greenland. In earlier photos, one has a definite pink bill while the other was orange. Both have a whitish tip on the bill. Head and neck size/shape seem comparable to each other. To tell the difference between the two, the one with the pinker bill has a dark streak on the belly then pale until a very dark belly area by the legs. The one with the orange bill had a lot more mottling of dark streaks on the belly. The pink bill one had a greyer/dustier cast to the head and neck while the orange bill one is slightly darker brown. However, I have photos of the pink bill one that appear slightly darker brown, so it might be highly dependent on lighting angle and shadows. The pink bill one has a slightly thicker (top to bottom) bill that has a straighter slope on the top of the bill, whereas the orange bill one has a slightly thinner bill (top to bottom) and has more of a bumpy profile on the top. This seems opposite of what you would expect if one was a Greenland, as the orange bill of a Greenland would also be larger and bolder, so I feel that this also skews both to Western.
