First-cycle bird; presumably the same one Peyton Bounds et al. had at Bridgeway Island Pond yesterday. Flew overhead near the end of the accessible part of the levee road ~ (38.5210534, -121.5824258). It then drifted further up the channel, so I headed that way on my bike eventually catching up with it again near Bridgeway Island Pond, after which I lost it.
