Continuing. Large diving duck, swimming about 50-100 yds out from Palm Point. Head was wide and forward-peaked with round cheeks, long broad bill with wide dark nail. Dark head with yellowish eyes brown/gray body. Swimming for the first 20min, then diving the rest of the time I was there. Attaching photos.
