Continuing bird. Seems to rest in large BOGU flock on Washington side of river but comes over to Oregon side to forage. Bird made a couple of foraging runs to the salmon bypass outfall below the John Day dam with Bonaparte's gulls. Runs were about 30 to 50 minutes apart.
