Observed distantly from balcony of condo; first heard chip calls and got bins on a small brownish bird constantly tail pumping. Working the brush line on the protected slope of the dune in the shade and noticed flashes of white on the tail when it flew from shrub to shrub. Refound further down and was able to get distant photos.
