Rare, remarkably random encounter. I stopped here to do a double check for MOPL without luck, pished a few times, and put pops this guy in the brush just next to the checklist pin. Apparent adult male showing mostly blue (with greenish) upperparts, yellow throat with a more orange breast, white eye arcs.
