Distant hawk over the UCI marsh. I couldn't make out exactly what it was, photos are pretty much useless. Observations through the scope, showed a completely light colored belly and underwing, making me dismiss RSHA, but a few of the photos show windows on the back side of the wings. Hoping someone else might have gotten some better photos.
