Initially reported by Trent Bray. Small shorebird working the edge of one of the sewage ponds. Overall gray color, black bill, scampering walk. Differentiated from Spotted Sandpipers by its lack of bobbing in the walk, lack of strong white "curl" against the edge of the wing. Seen clearly in scope. Photos.
