Found offshore just north of the North Jetty of the Aransas Pass Ship Channel (offshore from San Jose Island; Aransas county waters) swimming around a boat by fishermen, bird did not swim or fly away so they brought in to marina and turned over to ARK rehab facility. Fairly active upon admission into intake, especially for how weak shearwaters usually are upon intake
