Vocalizing; heard first at top of bluff. Walked down to swampy area at the base of bluff and tried to relocate. Saw briefly there when it landed on dead branch. Dusky yellow warbler with thick black bill. Merlin picked up vocalizations. Caution: use trail instead of steps down to swamp as the wooden steps are sliding off the bluff. Park has signs posted as well.
