Information provided by reviewer Wich’yanan (Jay) Limparungpatthanakij lim.wichyanan@gmail.com...."The photos provided (by Don Wellmann) show An adult Common Hawk-Cuckoo (Hierococcyx varius), the first photographic record for Thailand!!! Large Hawk-Cuckoo is ruled out by the plainer and more washed out rufous breast, and paler rufous barrings on flanks. Congratulations on this very important record! I am attaching my photos also, though not near as clear.
