2 birds. Flying and foraging together in vacant lots. Chestnut, black, and white facial pattern, including a chestnut crown and cheek patch, a pale stripe over the eye, and a strong black mustache stripe. Dark spot on a pale breast. Tail had white edges apparent, particularly in flight. Pics to follow. Emerging, build-out community. Many homes are complete, regardless of what Google Maps indicate. Construction activity, vehicles, and equipment abound. Don't all go at once. It's pretty tight over there traffic-wise during the work week, and you'll freak out the people who have already moved in.
