Continuing bird. It sat primarily on the jetty and tried to feed in the surf right below. It was definitely struggling. A birder called the rehab. Rehab folks came about 3:35pm and easily caught it without any struggle. Have photos to be uploaded. UPDATE: ARK rehab announced that the Noddy died overnight in their facility due to deteriorating health.
