First noticed the longer-than-Western primary projection and then the small dark straight-edged bill with only a smudge of dirty yellow at the base of the lower mandible. We watched it for about 15 minutes and after the group had moved on it began vocalizing - the sharp PEEEEP PEEEEEP call. Recording. [EM]
