Appeared at feeder after about 1 hr of waiting. Associating with the House Sparrows (which it looked remarkably similar to from behind) and foraging deep in the leaf litter. Larger than the House Sparrows with chestnut in secondaries (curiously similar to Short-billed Longspur) and yellow in breast with black "V" pattern.
