Continuing mega-rarity! Initially reported 12/28 by Candy and Rush Evans. The bird was active on the rocks along the point, feeding and pumping its tail. During the time I was present, it relocated first to the sandy beach west of the point, then again to the shore SE of the point. Photo attached.
