Pale colored sparrow with bold eyering, fine streaking on head and back of neck, unstreaked chest. Feeding on grasses/seeds with other sparrows in the area. Will upload photos. Found on the path going to the viewing pavilion. lots of sparrows (mostly swamp) flying over path and stopping in trail to forage. It was working the edges by the railroad ties.
