Juvenile. Small gull with distinct dark pattern on wing. Ash-brown back and neck, with black outer wing, starkly contrasted with white inner wing. White tail, slightly forked with black tip. Visible from south end of 325 Ave where it runs into the lake on the north side. Will add distant diagnostic photos.
