Found earlier in day by Dania Sanchez. Still present at 3:15pm near ESE corner of Neotropical Sanctuary, then moved to trees behind main drop near tower. Medium sized flycatcher with small bill and black masked and broad cream supercilium. Yellow wash on belly and faint streaks on breast. Foraging low to mid level in Hackberry tree and undergrowth.
