Common Raven croaking atop apt/condo bldg in North Beach, MD

Observed perched on pink apt/condo complex in downtown North Beach across the parking lot from new Library. Bird was very large compared to crows. Vocalized its distinctive squawk/croak, beard visible with large bill. Took a few iPhone pics and short vid as it flew off and called in flight. Headed north over the new library. Video available upon request.
