Seen around 9:50 from boat ramp and couple hundred yards up river. flew across the river to Mexico. . Watched for about 10 minutes in scope, then the hawk took off heading down river around 10:05 and out of sight. Photos. Large blackish/gray hawk, long yellowish/orange legs. Tail long, showing Two white bands and white crescents in primaries when flying. 2nd US record.
