Appears to have green band on right and USGS silver band on left.

On and flying around West End Br. Saw one perched and when it flew off heading south, a second flew off also. Made several loops around bridge then one landed in view under superstructure. Great view in scope but took off again before any photos. After flying downriver and returning, it landed on upper structure - photos as it was coming in for landing. Appeared to have green band on right leg and UGS band on left.
