Immature bird. Large bird compared to common gallinules. Stood very upright. Sturdy yellow legs. Large Yellow feet. Head and throat buffy. Breast bluish green and violet blue. Back is brown. White under the tail. Bill not especially large. Viewed with 10x42 HD binoculars. Bird was across the pond. Poor quality doc shots attached.
