F/imm. Possible. Not seen the species before, but struck by 'coldness' of plumage initially. Called twice-not the typical 'seep' of reed bunting I'm used to.. lack of underparts streaking. Not sure if pale rump is a feature. Apologies for poor back of camera shots!
