I was just arriving back home, after having been out birding, and lo and behold the Brown Thrasher that's overwintering and has been frequenting my yard appeared in a bush next to my driveway! *Edit* I just went outside again at 12:14pm and checked and it was once again perched in the exact same bush if anyone wants to come and see it so that they can add it to their Christmas Bird count today! ( FYI the bush it likes sitting in is located on the east side of Hilson Avenue precisely here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/FN87VNpGa7eMAaWt5 ) *Edit* It’s still in that exact same bush as of 2:57pm ( birders are more than welcome to come and stand in front of my house or in my driveway and photograph it; so far today two people have turned up and photographed it with great success )
