A species I'm quite familiar with. Adult bird, streaky head and slight "racoon eye". Bright yellow eyes, dark gray wings and mantle. Could not see the legs well, but a brief glimpse appeared to be a yellowish fleshtone. Easily compared to nearby Herring and Ring-billed Gulls. Jumped right out at me. Photos taken. County bird for me.
