Especially with respect to the gray-rufous neck, this seemed pretty much intermediate between Green and Striated. I didn't see any reason not to record it as such, especially after considering the Hayes et al. 2013 paper in NAB and Hayes 2002 and 2006, though I do note a lack of validated Tobago records in eBird, so I could be missing something here.
