I have seen Bohemian Waxwings when I was learning to bird out east but holy mother of god never like this. Pulled up next to Nyjal and asked if he’d had any luck, pointed out the bird literally directly above me, almost within spitting distance. Luckily it was too cool to be embarrassing, but huge shoutout to him for the find. Actively foraging for rosehips near the marina entrance. Video, audio and photos taken, will upload
