Franklin’s gull on beach with one Ring-billed gull. Black head, eye ring, black bill and legs… I noticed that the gull appeared to be panting. The information I found on the internet is, "A panting bird is overheated, overexerted and uncomfortable." I will not go back and look for it again. See photos.
