Found by Ryan Griffiths. Counted! Large shorebirds with thick, straight bill and long legs. Brownish-grey mottling above and barring on breast. Distinctive black and white wing pattern observed when an individual lifted its wings. Photos taken by both Jean and I (digiscoped). 3 previous Niagara observations for Jean and I since 2007 and all were just one individual.
