Photo taken about 4 hours after hatchlings left nest and adult and all her 11 chicks were well away from area.

Adult with fledglings observed: first just 6, then at least 10 chicks with adult leading them away from nest. Adult stayed close to nest with the fledglings and kept calling to get the rest of the brood to join them. This took about 2 hours. Photo of birds and empty nest
