Could be seen from the Coastal Trail to the East of the "Eastern Coastal Trail Overlook" but west of (close to) the next overlook over. Very close to shore in the breaking waves---ended up becoming obscured by the cliffs after a few minutes. We ended up walking down to the beach and back along the rocks for a better view (to where the photo was taken from)
