Continuing bird, found by Adam Burnett yesterday. Empid with thin eye ring, round head, orange lower mandible, short primary projection, notched tail. Repeatedly flicking tail up, as seen in Adam's video. This action rules out Gray Flycatcher, which would slowly bob its tail down instead. The consensus among experts is that it is a Dusky Flycatcher
