Very tame (obviously feed off scraps left up here regularly by hikers) coming up very close. Beautifully coloured partridge sized bird with red legs, black barring along the creamy flanks with a distinct red bill. Silver grey body coming up over head to bold black eye stripe that flowed down to their throats. Creamy chin underneath the bill.
