The Grebe were seen at three different locations on the Lake along the trail. at 2 of them at around the .2 mile markers and another at around the .6 mile marker. One at the .6 mile marker was eating fish that it had caught. All three were just swimming and diving. I used All About Birds site to verify they were Horned Grebe. We have seen them in these locations before but not this early in the year.
